What HOA Boards & Property Managers Say About Verhaalen

Thrilled with the job they did. Having worked with a colorist, we picked paints with different applications on each of our six buildings. The team was courteous and respectful of everyone's needs. We can't provide enough superlatives for the work that Verhaalen and their exceptional team did for us.

Verhaalen's approach to bidding the large job was the most comprehensive and thoughtful. Professional and attentive from bid to warranty claims. More than a year later the paint continues to look fantastic we have a strong long-term partner.

I'm an HOA board member and recently headed up our hallway repainting project. Their bid was the lowest we received, but there was no 'skimping' on quality or timing — two coats plus two trim colors on nine floors in only four days. The finished work was flawless, and Verhaalen even offered to come back after our new carpet install for touch-ups at no additional charge.
