We like Sherwin-Williams, and also use Benjamin Moore, Rodda and Miller. We recommend higher-grade options because they last longer.
Yes — we inspect all wood for dry rot during prep and flag any repairs needed before painting. We focus on painting; we do not take on siding replacement.
